Hi, I'm Ritika. Welcome to the studio.

About

I'm Ritika. I've spent twelve years designing for enterprise systems, real constraints, and genuinely complex business products.

Based in Dublin, Ireland

I actually enjoy the messy middle of a project, when I'm trying to understand and untangle it, like pulling on threads.

Outside work I'm a mum, a gardener, a reluctant but competitive table tennis player, and someone who still reaches for a pen before opening Figma. I like to write my thoughts down first.

Talk to me about design research, scalability, accessibility or how to redesign something that's been broken for so long nobody noticed.

I've shipped for Snapdeal, Sapient, Johnson Controls and Dell. From India's e-commerce boom to complex enterprise B2B. I know what it takes to design at scale and still sweat the small stuff.

BSc in Graphic Design, MSc in Design Innovation from Maynooth. Female Leadership diploma through Dell's CCFET programme.

Unedited recommendations from teammates, managers, and partners I've worked with across twelve years of designing in enterprise teams.

01 / Recommendation

One of the most grounded, driven designers I've worked with.

Three years on Premier and My Account at Dell. What sets her apart is that she doesn't jump to solutions. She makes sure the right questions are being asked first. In enterprise B2B, that discipline is rare and genuinely valuable.

She turned tedious stakeholder interviews into something people actually wanted to be in.

Ritika brought exceptional clarity and energy to one of our key features, facilitating workshops that created space for open dialogue and pulled real insight out of every stakeholder in the room.

One of the highlights of my career so far.

She leads with empathy and clarity, breaking complex problems into simple, actionable steps, and asking the questions in user interviews the rest of us would have missed.

Always positive, always looking for a solution.

Excellent at delivering to a deadline. Ritika clarifies design goals early, surfaces misunderstandings, and adapts to whatever a small team needs.

One of the most creative minds I've worked with.

Fine craft, real dedication, and a love for solving problems the right way. You can see her smiling even in the worst of things. A great asset to any team.

About

Ritika
Negi

I grew up near Delhi, with roots in Ranikhet, a hill town where you can see the Himalayas from the window. As a kid I made jewellery out of electrical wire, drew dragons on old denim jeans, turned empty boxes into dollhouses. I didn't know it was design back then, I just knew I loved making things.

That love quietly turned into a career. Twelve years across e-commerce, agencies, enterprise security and B2B and I still show up to every project the same way, wanting to understand what we're really trying to achieve and what people actually need. Those two things are rarely the same at the start, and closing that gap is what I strive for.

Somewhere along the way I saved up, took an education loan, packed a bag and moved to Ireland on a dream. Didn't look back once. Dublin is home now. I lead with research, sweat the details, and still reach for a pen before I open Figma. And when the work clicks and everything just flows, that feeling, honestly, is the best thing.

I love building things. I'm looking for the next thing worth building. If that's you, let's talk.
